​Registration:

​Registration is done online

Online registration closes Tuesday February 16th or when sold out

Session times:
Equip begins Wednesday evening at 7:30pm

(registration from 6:30pm)

Thursday and Friday

Session 1: 10-11:30am

Break 11:30am-12pm

Session 2: 12-1pm

Lunch Break 1-2:30pm

Session 3: 2:30-4pm

Dinner Break 4-7:30pm

Session 4: 7:30-9:30pm

(session times are subject to change)



Accommodation:

Accommodation is the responsibility of each attendee.
There are many options available for every budget in North Melbourne, Carlton and the Melbourne CBD which are all within walking distance of Melbourne Meat Market. The Docklands precinct is also accessible via the La Trobe Street tram. There are a number of options on Air BnB, Stayz and other booking sites.

Food:
We will be providing a lunch option to purchase on Thursday and Friday which you can order when you register. Lunch packs include a subway sandwich, chips, piece of fruit and a bottle of water. There are also many cafes and eateries in the vicinity.
Meal times are a key time to get together with others and build relationship.



Kids:
Do to venue and space requirements a decision will be made later in the year about whether we can run a kids program.

Parents room:

 There will be a parents room for parents with babies 3 years old and under with live audio. Babies do not need to register.



Transport from the airport:

Skybus is a service that runs from the airport to the CBD. See www.skybus.com.au
Taxi's are available from the airport to the city for around $30.



Parking:
The easiest way to get to the Melbourne Meat Market is by public transport (see below).
There is street parking available around the venue but it is subject to payment and time restrictions.
​ Please check all rates and signage closely.

Wilson Parking 33 Bedford Street, North Melbourne has a good day rate if you are in before 10am and out before 6pm.



Public Transport:
Take the train to Melbourne Central train station. Then take tram route 19, 55 or 59. Alternatively you can walk from Melbourne Central train station to the venue in about 15 minutes.
